Key Functions
- On a daily basis ensuring the effective provision of a Human Resources service to the Board's 240 staff.
- Responsible for leading and managing the HR function, to provide efficient, effective and professional service which supports and advises managers and staff competently.
- The management of organisational development arrangements on behalf of the Board.
